WoW First Aid Guide

First Aid is really easy to level up, just get some cloth and begin crafting. Here is a route that will take you to 450 very quickly. I have an estimated amount of mats listed but please don't take it exactly, it is just a general estimate. Also, since buying cloth will save you time I recommend it, if you can't afford it you should really look at this gold guide.

Please Note:
All the bandages in the guide below are trained by the First Aid Trainer except for Heavy Frostweave Bandage. This is a world drop and drops as a manual off of mobs in instances (normal and herioc) and also has a good drop rate in Zul'Drak. You can also get it from other areas of Northrend but these are the most common. Don't worry about farming this manual, it's an easy drop to get, you must have your First Aid at 390 to get it though.
