Specializing Engineering- Gnome Engineering or Goblin Engineering

You need to finish the starter quest after you have reached Artisan Engineer.

The Horde quest starter is Tinkerwiz in Ratchet and the Alliance quest starter is Lilliam
Sparkspindle in Stormwind. If you do not finish these quests you will be unable to complete
the following quests.

Gnome

The Gnome Master Engineer (Oglethorp Obnoticus) is located in Booty Bay. Gnomish Engineer focuses more on blowing
things up. Here are the quests he will give you.

Engineering Quest: The Pledge of Secrecy

Obtained at level 30 Horde/Alliance

If you agree to become a Gnome Engineer, then right-click on the Pledge of Secrecy and speak once
more with Oglethrope Obnoticus in Booty bay.

Oglethorpe's Signed Pledge: 0/1

Gnome engineering is about engineering theory shaped to serve our needs! Our schemata allow
us to make devices that control the world around us; the manual you read covered this.

The manual also covered our ages old oath of secrecy on our schemata. Once you become a gnome
engineer, that's that. There is no access to goblin engineering at all.

If you still want to become a gnome engineer, sign this document pledging life-long secrecy
and speak with me again. Think about it carefully, .

Engineering Quest: Show Your Work

Obtained at level 30 Horde/Alliance

Bring 6 Mithril Tubes, an Accurate Scope, and a 2 Advanced Target Dummies to Oglethorpe Obnoticus in Booty Bay.

Mithril Tube: 0/6

Accurate Scope: 0/1

Advanced Target Dummy: 0/2

As your mentor, I want some samples of your work. You're a skilled engineer;
there is no question of this, . What I hope to do though is to analyze your work
for ways to emphasize gnome-oriented techniques in your future efforts. I need the following samples:
six mithril tubes, an accurate scope, and two advanced target dummies.

Submit these items to me and I will issue you your own Gnome Engineer Membership Card; it is
required for access to all gnome engineering trainers!

Goblin

The Master Goblin engineer(Nixx Sprocketspring) is located in Gadgetzan. Goblin Engineering focuses
on devices. Here are the quests he will give you.

Engineering Quest: The Pledge of Secrecy

Obtained at level 30 Horde/Alliance

If you agree to become a Goblin Engineer, then right-click on the Pledge of Secrecy
and speak once more with Nixx Sprocketspring in Gadgetzan.

Nixx's Signed Pledge: 0/1

Goblin engineering is about practical uses for high profit and higher explosive power!
Our schemata allow us to make powerful bombs and mighty weaponry; the manual you read covered this.

The manual also covered our ages old oath of secrecy on our schemata. Once you become a
goblin engineer, that's that. There is no access to gnome engineering at all.

If you still want to become a goblin engineer, sign this document pledging life-long
secrecy and speak with me again. Think about it carefully, .

Engineering Quest: Show Your Work

Bring 20 Big Iron Bombs, 20 Solid Dynamite, and 5 Explosive Sheep to Nixx Sprocketspring in Gadgetzan.

Big Iron Bomb: 0/20

Solid Dynamite: 0/20

Explosive Sheep: 0/5

As your mentor, I want samples of your work. You're a skilled engineer; there is no question of this,
. What I hope to do though is analyze them for ways to emphasize goblin-oriented techniques in
your future efforts. I need the following: twenty big iron bombs, twenty sticks of solid dynamite,
and five explosive sheep - and keep the safeties armed!

Submit these items to me and I will issue you your own Goblin Engineer Membership Card; it is
required for access to all goblin engineering trainers!
